2. Payment Processing
We securely process all payments via a trusted third-party payment gateway.
You have the flexibility to tip using credit/debit cards or any other payment methods our gateway supports.
Rest assured, your contributions are securely held in a digital wallet before they’re gratefully passed on to the restaurant staff.
3. Transaction Confirmation
After you complete a payment, we’ll send you a confirmation via email or through our app, if you’re using it. Please keep this confirmation as your receipt.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that mistakes happen. If you need a refund, please let us know within 2 days of your transaction.
At Kaching, we’re here to help. We’ll consider your refund request, especially if there’s a clear payment error.
Just reach out to us with your transaction details and why you’re requesting a refund.
Once we approve your request, we’ll promptly process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 2 days.
In situations where a refund isn’t feasible, like when tips have already been given to staff, we promise to find a fair solution for you.
5. Incorrect Payments
Entered the wrong amount? No worries! Contact us right away, and we’ll see what we can do.
We’ll try our best to correct it, though it’s a bit tricky if the funds are already with our hardworking staff.
6. Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? You can cancel your tip if it hasn’t been processed yet. Once it’s on its way to the staff, we can’t pull it back.
